- Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot forfeit the deposit.
- Rescheduling requires at least 5 days’ notice to avoid additional fees.
- Weather-related reschedules for outdoor shoots are accommodated without extra charge.

- Client contact details and project files are stored for up to 3 years for reference and business operations.

- Images may not be resold, altered, or sublicensed without written permission.
